Open And Closed Questions And Google Tools For Search

You should use open and closed questions because you can get long answers and short ones in a conversation.  Closed questions will get you long answers for a beginning.  Open questions will be yes or no questions and good for ends of conversations.

Google search tips help you clarify your search like define or double quotations.  Double quotations puts it in that order, the minus sign subtracts the other options with the same name. For example if you search Ben franklin library you get Franklin's Philadelphia - USHistory.org
But if you search Ben franklin library -Philadelphia you get Benjamin Franklin - America's Story from America's Library.  Other tools include define, site and OR.
